SOLUTIONS · B2B & LEAD GEN

Most of your buyers never fill the form. Personalize before they bounce.

ILLUSTRATION

A director of ops at a mid-market logistics company reads your solutions page twice. She never fills the form on the first visit – almost nobody does. AXO does not need her to.

Operations software that pays for itself in the first quarter.

Scored on behavior alone: two pricing visits and four minutes of dwell put this session in the evaluating cohort, so the page leads with the number a buyer at that stage is looking for.

Known account · after a teammate converted

Your team is already three weeks into an evaluation.

Once one person at the account is known, the whole account is. The page stops selling the category and starts answering the objection the opportunity record says is open.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything AXO does for a B2B site.

U-01

Post-click + inbound personalization

Every visitor lands on a page tuned to how they arrived and what they're doing in the first few seconds.

U-02

Behavioral audience discovery

Anonymous clickstream surfaces real shopper cohorts without a CDP team or an audience-builder UI.

U-04

Journey + message orchestration

Cart-abandonment, browse-abandonment, win-back, lifecycle messages — fire through the ESP / SMS / ad-platform you already use.

U-05

Ad-platform retargeting + CAPI measurement

Server-side conversion events for iOS-14-safe attribution. Build retargeting lists from behavior. Suppress converters from spend.

U-06

Holdout-proven incremental lift

A 10% control group runs against every change, always on. Causal attribution, not correlation.

U-07

Agentic creative + ops

Drive AXO from natural language — in-app via the AXO Assistant or externally via Claude / Cursor / ChatGPT / VS Code through MCP.

U-08

First-party data activation

Profile + event data flows to the CDP, warehouse and CRM you already run — Segment, Snowflake, BigQuery, Salesforce, HubSpot. AXO feeds your stack, doesn't replace it.

WHAT THE MEASUREMENT ACTUALLY SAYS

Sometimes the honest answer is “not yet”.

ILLUSTRATION

B2B traffic is thin by e-commerce standards, so a real holdout read on a solutions page often takes weeks to separate. This is what AXO shows you in the meantime – and it is deliberately not a win.

INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE
Not enough evidence to call this yet.

The personalized arm is ahead, but the interval on the difference still crosses zero – at this traffic level that gap is inside the range chance produces on its own. AXO keeps serving the personalization and keeps reporting "insufficient evidence" until the holdout separates, rather than promoting a 0.6-point difference to a headline.

−0.4pp … +1.7pp

Illustration – figures chosen to show the insufficient-evidence state, not a customer reading. The behavior is real: the optimizer withholds a verdict until a comparison separates from the always-on holdout, and reports the interval rather than the point estimate.

WHAT A B2B BUYER ACTUALLY ASKS

The first-call questions, answered here.

NOT ENOUGH TRAFFIC

Our site gets a few thousand sessions a month. Can you even measure that?

Measurement and personalization are separate questions. AXO personalizes from session one because the decision is behavioral and needs no history. The holdout verdict takes as long as it takes, and until it separates the optimizer reports insufficient evidence rather than a lift number. You get the personalization immediately and the proof when the proof exists.

PAGE SPEED

Will this slow down the pages our ads point at?

One script tag, loaded deferred so it runs after your analytics and never blocks rendering. The decision is made client-side in under 200ms and applied per zone rather than by re-rendering the page. If the tag is blocked or fails, the visitor gets your standard page.

YOUR DATA

What leaves our site, and does legal have to look at it?

Behavioral signals from the session plus whatever identifiers you choose to send. No PII is required – AXO scores anonymous traffic on behavior alone, which is the whole point for a funnel where most buyers never fill the form. Firmographic enrichment and CRM sync are opt-in modules, not defaults.

THE CRM

Does this fight our Salesforce or HubSpot instance?

It syncs bidirectionally with both. AXO reads the stage and owner on an account to decide what the page says, and writes behavioral signal back so the AE sees the account warming before the tab closes. It does not become the system of record.

NEGATIVE RESULT

What happens if the holdout says the personalization did not work?

You get told, and the optimizer stops sending traffic to the losing variant. The holdout is always on and cannot be disabled per experiment, because a control group you can switch off when the news is bad is not a control group.

ENGINEERING

How much of our engineering team does this need?

One line to install, and about 15 minutes from the tag being live to the first personalized zone. Zones are defined by pointing at page elements rather than editing templates, so the ongoing work sits with marketing rather than the release train.
