We decided to F*ck around... & shipped enterprise personalization for 50 bucks

Testing and personalization used to take a stack of tools, a ticket queue and a month of meetings. Now it takes one prompt. So go f*ck around with it.

Notes on agentic personalization

The point-solution tax

You know the drill. One tool for A/B tests. Another for personalization. A popup app. A product-reco widget. Copy from an agency or a chatbot tab, images from a designer, a staging link nobody can find, and approvals buried in a Slack thread with screenshots.

Every idea has to survive six handoffs before a single visitor sees it. Most don't. The test you wanted to run in March ships in June, if it ships at all.

And if you run a Shopify store with a team of three, you never had the people to babysit all that in the first place.

One prompt, start to finish

AXO runs the whole loop from a single request, in plain English. You can type it in AXO or ask your AI assistant, since AXO plugs straight into Claude and other assistants.

"Shoppers who keep landing on our sale pages aren't buying. Give them a bundle offer in the homepage hero, on brand, and send it to me to approve."

Here's what happens next:

  1. Finds the audience. AXO already groups visitors by what they're doing on your site right now, so "sale-page browsers who don't buy" is a group it can point at. No CDP, no login, no list upload.
  2. Makes the creative. It writes the headline and copy and generates the image, using the brand rules it pulled from your own site.
  3. Builds it in place. The new hero is built to fit your theme, so it looks like your store, not a bolted-on widget.
  4. Sends it for approval. You get a preview link. Approve it, ask for changes in plain words ("warmer tone, less red"), or share it with whoever signs off.
  5. Launches and learns. Once approved it goes live. AXO shifts more traffic to whatever is winning on its own.
  6. Reports back. Ask "how's the sale-page offer doing?" and get a straight answer, not a dashboard to decode.

The brief, the build, the review and the readout happen in one conversation. That's the part that used to need four tools and a project manager.

What 50 bucks a month gets you

The Lite plan is the same engine our larger customers run, sized for Shopify stores with up to about 10,000 monthly visitors.

Fire the point solutions you've always hated

You don't need a tool for every job on the page. Here's what one prompt replaces:

The old wayWith AXO
An A/B testing tool and someone to set up every testTesting runs on its own once you approve the idea
A separate personalization add-on with hand-built segmentsAudiences surfaced automatically from live behavior
A popup app firing the same offer at everyoneOffers and lightboxes shown to the people they’re meant for
A product-recommendation widget that never matches your themeRecommendations built into your own page design
Copy from an agency, images from a designerCopy and images drafted on brand, ready to review
Approvals in Slack threads and screenshotsOne preview link, plain-English revisions, a sign-off step
A dashboard nobody opensAsk how it’s going, get a straight answer

Fewer logins, fewer invoices, fewer scripts slowing down your store.

F*ck around...and find out

Changing your site is easy. Knowing whether it helped is the part most tools fudge.

AXO keeps a small share of shoppers on your regular site, so every result is a fair comparison: same days, same promos, same traffic. You don't set that up. It's just on.

For scale, an early pilot on a content-heavy affiliate site is showing roughly 12% more conversions than its comparison group. Treat that as directional, not a promise. Smaller stores take a few weeks to get a clear read, so start on your busiest page.

The fine print

Go break something (safely)

Big brands spent years and seven figures stitching tools together to do this. You can do it with one prompt and 50 bucks.
